Is a Certified Public Accountant. A graduate from Louisiana State University with an Accounting degree and an MBA in Global Management from University of Phoenix. With over 25 years of experience in international companies, such as Wells Fargo Financial, CitiFinancial, Scotiabank, and Oriental Bank he has directed the accounting and financial operations, in addition to other regulatory and administrative aspects. In these functions he ran multiple projects and initiatives to achieve economies of scale, increase productivity, and strengthen reporting for better information visibility.
Ellis, who is also co-founded and co-owner of KM Group LLC, has been involved in developing new businesses, ensuring they are profitable and sustainable.

- Retail Experience at upscale clothing and accessory retailer owned by multinational corporation.
- Currently oversees management and operations at The Vitamin Shoppe Puerto Rico.

- Mr. Gonzalez has over 35 years of experience occupying Multi-National Executive Level positions in LATAM Consumer Finance.
